We didn't get any pictures on our trip! Too busy following Claire around and making sure she didn't fall over. She's sitting up really well on her own, but sometimes falls and bumps her head. We had a great time with my family. My sister Kristin came down to visit us and brought her cute doggie, Dinah. We stayed up late playing Trivial Pursuit and Apples To Apples. Aaron and I went swimming at my parents health club one day and I helped him improve his strokes a little bit. My parents rented a van and we visited Monticello on a lovely day. Thomas Jefferson was kind of a nut. Anyway, we had a little trouble at the airport on the way home. Tension was high and we missed our flight. Let's just say that we will rethink arriving at Dulles one hour before the flight after that. Better leave two hours. Our airline paid for a cab to get us to Reagan National Airport and we flew out a couple hours later than originally planned. Has anyone else noticed how nice the TSA people have been lately? Too many complaints maybe, so they have had to make friendliness reforms? Or maybe it was from travelling with a cute baby? Claire learned how to clap her hands and wave bye-bye on the vacation. Now its back to work. Only 6 more weeks till Aaron's graduation!
