Last night we sat down with Claire to play and thought that we would get some of her new words on video. For a 16 months old she knows quite a bit we think. We started doing some basic sign language with her when she turned a year old to communicate. So you will notice some of the words are just sounds, just signs, or both signs and sound. She now can do some animal noises and she knows some body parts too. This is kind of long, but I didn't want to cut anything out. We are very proud of our little girl.
While we were waiting for the turkey to finish roasting, we put up the Christmas Tree. Here my male model husband posed with our adorable daughter - who is being shy - which is rare. Lately it's been so hard to get her to smile for the camera. 
After Turkey dinner and football, we decided to play a little Karaoke Revolution....
Jen took us to the Texas History museum. Very fun and educational. I guess I had forgotten that Texas was an idependent republic for a while before being annexed by the United States. Anyway, here we are... Jen wants to be a longhorn... You can kind of see that my tummy is coming a long. I'll be 22 weeks tomorrow. Only 18 more to go. We found out today that Claire is going to get a little brother! Boy name suggestions are welcome!
