Our cowgirl

Behind my parents house in Oklahoma is a big field that these horses graze on. The people that lived here before my parents would feed the horses, so that task has fallen upon my parents and their neighbors. Every morning the horses pay a visit. This particular morning it was left up to Claire and me to do the feeding. My parents keep a supply of bagged apples on hand for occasions like these. These horses are totally spoiled! We had so much fun and I loved following Claire around with the camera. What is it about girls and horses?

Claire thought the black and white ones were cows. I corrected her a few times, but gave up. She insisted that they must be cows.

Bye horsies!

Keeping up with the Bonacci's said...

Makes total sense to me. Black + white = a cow
